Master Tech or Technician (Full Time)

Responsibilities and Duties of our MOT Testers/Technicians:

- Carry out MOT Tests on various types of vehicles in accordance with legal requirements.
- Inspect Vehicle Components including brakes, lights, steering and suspension systems. 
- Identify defects or issues that may affect vehicle performance or safety. 
- Diagnostics, service and repair of light vehicles. 
- Team Player willing to assist in workshop carrying out light vehicle maintenance, when not performing MOT's

Qualifications & Skills:

- Current MOT Testing Licence
- NVQ Level 3 in light vehicle maintenance or equivalent
- Preferably experience in servicing witn Ford or Nissan vehicles

Service Advisor (Full Time) 

We are looking for an experienced, Service Advisor to join our busy team in Folkestone. KAP is a family run business that has been trading for over 70 years. We started as an Aftersales Business and have continued that focus to the current day. 

We currently have 2 MOT Bays, 30 Workshop bays, a state of the art 4-wheel drive dynamometer, an 8 bay Bodyshop with 2 ovens, and a state of the art diamond cut alloy wheel refurb centre. We take pride in the fact that there is very, very little that we cannot do! 

Responsibilities & Duties of our Service Advisors: 

- Meeting and greeting customers
- Invoicing, updating system, pricing up 
- Dealing with technicians and ensuring vehicles process through the workshop to meet customer expectations. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

- Must have at least 2 years experience of working as a Service Advisor in a car dealership
- Strong Team Player
- Good Communication Skills

Sales Executive 

KAP is a family run business that has been trading for over 70 years. Our Headquarters in Folkestone is currently a brand new OMODA - JAECOO Dealership and large Used Car Centre. The Dealership is extremely busy and very well known in the area, ensuring constant flow and custom. 

OMODA - JAECOO joined the UK Market mid 2024 and has great backing and build quality with its cutting edge technology and 7 year warranty. We need a Sales executive ideally with experience to come and join the team with the drive, enthusiasm and energy to suceed. Being a team player is absolutley key. 

The role will involve a range of duties, including organising you diary, guiding customers through the entire sales process, data capture, phoning new and existing customers and responsibility for the appearance and organisation of the site in which you work.

- Strong customer service skills & ability to built rapport and qualify their requirements

- Strong Negotiation skills & ability to consolidate the sale and walk the customer through every stage of the deal

- Develop an in-depth understanding of our current car inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase. 
- Assist in setting up the sales forecourt or showroom floor or promotions and sales. 
- Work with the Sales Manager to develop sales and finance agreements that benefit the company as well as the customer
- You will receive manufacturer training and Motab training
